How long will it take to get my order?

US orders arrive in 5–8 business days; international orders take 5–16 depending on where you are. Tracking details land in your confirmation email.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and orders over $30 ship free in the US.

Can I return my mount?

Yes. Every order is covered by the 30-day Steady-Hold Guarantee — if it doesn't hold rock-steady on your desk, email us for a full refund. No questions asked.

What if it breaks?

Every mount carries a 180-day warranty against defects in normal use. Send a photo, we ship a replacement — no forms, no return postage.

Will it fit my phone?

Yes — every mount grips phones from 4" to 7", case on. MagSafe models need a magnetic case or ring (one ships in the box).

What is the best phone holder for a car?

The one matched to a mounting point your car actually has and you don't need for something else. For most cars that is a dashboard suction or vent mount; for cars with an unused CD slot, a CD slot mount is the least intrusive; magnetic mounts need a magnetic ring in the phone or case. We don't rank holders we haven't tested, so each product page lists what the supplier verified and what it didn't. See the car phone holder collection, sorted by mounting point, and our guide to choosing a car phone holder by mount type.

What is the best car phone mount for a heavy phone?

Favor mounts that support the phone from below (side jaws plus lower feet or ledges) with short arms, mounted low on a smooth part of the dash or on a vent slat with room behind it. Long suction arms and vent clips are the two designs most likely to sag under a large phone in a thick case. Set any mount up while parked and give it a firm shake before the first drive.

What is the best cup holder phone mount?

One whose base fits your cup recess snugly and whose arm is short enough not to rock. Our Adjustable Cup Holder Phone Mount drops a cylindrical base into a compatible recess and raises the phone on a hinged arm with a side knob; the base occupies that cup space, so leave room for the gear selector and handbrake. The supplier lists rotation without a measured range, so check the angle you need before ordering.
